暇の重要性について
忙しさや充実感を追求することは、かえって創造性を阻害し、本質を見失わせる危険性がある。経営者や管理職は、余裕を持ち、時には暇になることで、ビジネスの方向性や哲学について深く考える機会を得られる。新しい挑戦や人生の転機は、忙しい時ではなく、暇な時に訪れるものだ。忙しさを恐れず、適度な休息と内省の時間を確保することが、人生を豊かにする鍵となる。
Being overly busy and constantly seeking fulfillment can hinder creativity and cause one to lose sight of what truly matters. By having free time and occasionally being idle, executives and managers can deeply reflect on their business direction and philosophy. New challenges and turning points in life often come during leisure time, not when one is busy. Embracing occasional idleness and securing adequate rest and introspection are key to enriching one's life.
